Originally from Japan, I began my journey as a masseuse, enjoying considerable success in a small town where competition was scarce but the demand for professional massage services was high. My career took a significant turn when I started working at a traditional Japanese sauna nearby. This facility was renowned for its traditional scrubbing and milk treatments, practices that had been popular for centuries. It was here that I received hands-on training, immersing myself in the rich cultural heritage of Japanese Nuru Massage techniques.
Relocating to Hawaii as a student marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Eventually, I moved to Las Vegas, a city renowned for its vibrant nightlife and diverse clientele. It was in the United States that I noticed a distinct lack of Asian-style pampering. Instead, the focus here was primarily on Western-style bodywork. Determined to bridge this gap, I pursued certification and schooling to become a qualified Massage Therapist (CMT). However, my vision extended beyond traditional Western methods.
